Certification Program HOW TO APPLY FOR CICS CERTIFICATION and RE-CERTIFICATION Those meeting the requirements for certification (three years work experience and a college bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in an acceptable field or five years work experience AND proficiency in a minimum of six skills) should complete the on-line application or the attached application form and mail the following fees (fees can also be paid on-line)
to the Director of Certification, Internal Control Institute™, 2101 Park Center Drive, Suite 200 Orlando, Florida 32835-7614. Applications will be immediately acknowledged. If the initial application is rejected, the applicant will be notified and the fee refunded. For accepted applicants, an examination password will be provided by St. Petersburg College. A CICS certificate will be issued upon successfully passing the examination. NOTE: All information received will be treated as confidential. CICP CERTIFICATION and RE-CERTIFICATION Because of the nature of the required information for CICP Certification, initial application must be completed using the hard copy application. Re-certification can be made utilizing this on-line application.
